NetworkIQ connects farms, processors and retailers on one chain. Farms capture births, treatments, weights and movements once, and choose exactly what to share upward. Processors get a live view of supply and a forecast of what's coming. Retailers can evidence provenance back to the farm.

How does NetworkIQ forecast supply?

From each animal's live weight and its own actual daily liveweight gain, not a model or an average. That gives a predicted ready date per animal, aggregated across every farm in a network. Animals under medicine withdrawal are shown separately, because they legally cannot be sold yet.

Who can see a farm's data on NetworkIQ?

Only what the farm ticks, and only who they choose. Costs, feed prices and margins are never shared with anyone — there is no setting to enable it. A farm is named to a retailer only if both the farm and its processor separately agreed to it; otherwise the retailer sees real numbers with no identity. A farm can withdraw at any time and visibility stops immediately.

Do farmers have to pay for NetworkIQ?

NetworkIQ is in development with our first partners. The intention is that the chain pays for visibility, not the farm — a farmer should never be asked to fund someone else's reporting.

Does NetworkIQ have carbon reporting?

It has a real carbon estimate today, not a promise of one. Livestock methane is calculated automatically from headcount and species each farm already tracks, with optional fuel and fertiliser logging for a fuller picture. Processors and retailers see a combined total across every farm that chooses to share it. It's clearly presented as an estimate using standard published emission factors, not an audited or certified figure — full lifecycle carbon accounting, including feed production and transport, isn't built yet.

The IQ difference: we don't ask you to log data for your processor's benefit. FarmIQ has to earn its place on your phone first — withdrawal alerts before you sell, daily gain per animal, true cost per head, calving due dates. If it isn't making you money, it isn't worth your time. Sharing up the chain is your choice, and it's the by-product — never the point.
